Welcome to my website. I'm
Annette Potter, the daughter of
Creed Flannery Potter and Ida
Fuller. I was born in the beautiful Eastern Kentucky Mountains.
My sisters and brothers are
Archie,
Dan,
Ralph,
Fred,
Washie (died as infant), Creed Flannery (died as infant),
Billie Joyce,
Clark,
Marty,
David,
and Carlene
Potter.
My sister, Billie is married to Charles Jaynes. My sister Carlene is married
to Dubby Burkland. All my brothers and sisters were born in the same place
in Kentucky.
My Dad Creed and my brothers, Fred, Washie (died as infant) and Creed
Flannery (died as infant) Potter have all passed away and are buried in the
Reynolds Family Cemetery in Seco, KY. Our other brother, Ralph is buried in
McLeansboro, Illinois near his wife, Macy Emma Austin Potter.
My Father married (1st) to
Sarah
Rose Robinson. Dad married 2nd to Elizabeth Betty Brown and 3rd to my
Mom, Ida Fuller.

My Dad Creed resided in McRoberts, Letcher, Ky at the time of his death on
26 January 1959. Dad was the son of
Joel
"Mart" Potter and Eliza Frances Reynolds. My Dad and all my Grandparents
were also born in the same area of Kentucky. My ancestors lived in the same
area of Kentucky for generations. My brothers and I were the 1st generation
in our family to leave that part of the world to make a living.
My Mom,
Ida Fuller
Potter is the daughter of
Elijah
"Green" Fuller and Leona Smith. My Mom and her ancestors were all born
in the same area of Kentucky and lived there for generations.
My Granny, Dad's Mother, Eliza
Francis Reynolds, the daughter of
William Henry
Reynolds and Matilda Frances Baker, is also buried in the Reynolds
Cemetery, Seco, KY near Dad. Dad's 1st wife Sarah is buried near him in the
Reynolds Family Cemetery, as well.
